yes, it is possible to file returns for the past 5 years. You can calculate the charges from the facility FEE CALCULATER on the MCA site. The whole procedure is given on MCA site. You can log in and follow different steps, download forms, fill them , sign them digitally, check forms , pre scrutinise and upload them to the MCA.
Yes late filing of annual return is possible with payment of late fee.
If filing is delayed by more than 1 year then additional fee would be 10 times the normal fee.
Normal fee for one form is Rs. 500 based on authorised capital of the company.
