No its not neccesary to study module for law if u r taking any tution for law then just carefuly study what they taught u n if u havn't taken then u can purchase munish bhandari sir's book for self study purpose

but module is very good for ethics n communication so must refer module for ethics n communication

never ignore institute material

In my view, institute's study material should be referred especially for law purposes. u may rely or not but some concepts are explained so well in it with such good examples which other books lack......so i must say study should be referred for acts other than company act and for some topics for company act also....... it should be taken simultaneously with any other book u read.............
