DEAR FREINDS, im a ca final student & 24 yrs old. i ve just given my Nov"o5 attempt.
my query is regarding, what should be the future course of action for a career in equity analyst/research leading upto Fund manager in Mutual Funds.
Please guide me in this regard whether i should go for any course/training or search for any job for getting familiarity & simultaneously enroll for any course.

First you should qualify your exams i.e. wait for the result. If result is +ve, then you should think of these things else totally concentrate for your exams i.e. don't jump to other thing before completing first
Chartered Accountants are also appointed as fund managers of Mutual Funds.But CA has no specialisation in Mutual Funds.The post qualification course of Company Secretaryship is in Mutual Funds.So I think , for one who wishes to specialise in Equity Research, CS and its post qualification course in Mutual Funds may give an edge.But you may have to devote to another 2-3 years for that.
CA is a good degree to become stock analyst.you should join a mutual fund industry to learn things .after 2 years you should persue mba(finance) from good institution .
