A family of mother and one son are forming one company named " Singh & Co" and will execute one agreement with Landlord for taking shop premises on rent.
Query is that after demise of both of them, whether their successors can continue with that rented premises for trade.
Depends upon the nature of the company.... If company makes the agreement with landlord, the status remains same even after the death of any shareloder of the company.
