The previous auditor is not giving SRN of ADT 3 and SRN is must for filing ADT 1. what should be done?

Try Z99999999 as SRN if it works then good.. otherwise you have to take ADT 3 SRN from previous Auditor.
If it's filled than raise a ticket mca will provide you the same
