Income tax Act, 1961 - India

The Income-tax Act, 1961 is the charging statute of Income Tax in India. It provides for levy, administration, collection and recovery of Income Tax. This App is amended as per Finance Act 2017 and contains Income tax Act amended as per Finance Act 2016 also.

This Income Tax App provides section wise list of bare act along with Search functionality. No ads. No internet connection required. Can be moved to SD card. A light weight fast free app. Doesn't require any special permission. Design is based on Google's Material UI.

Students in the near future will be able to get income tax notes, pan details, slab rate details, tds rate details, form 16 and news updates on the app. We will soon be incorporating features like income tax calculator india 2016-17 and income tax calculator 2017-18 and income tax return filing with Hindi support covering all rules so that the app acts like a one stop income tax book and source for users with efling support. Official Circulars issued by the Income tax department will also be incorporated in the near future.
