Section - 102 - Interlocutory orders
Interlocutory orders102. Where an appeal is made under section 99, the appellate authority may, in order to prevent the ends of justice being defeated, make such interlocutory orders, including an order of stay pending the decision of the appeal as such authority may deem fit.
