Section - 74 - Signature of audit report, etc.
Signature of audit report, etc.74. Only the person appointed as an auditor of the multi-State co-operative society shall sign the auditor's report, or sign or authenticate any other document of the multi-State co-operative society required by law to be signed or authenticated by the auditor.
