[Procedure and manner of furnishing information by reporting entities.15. The Central Government may, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, prescribe the procedure and the manner of maintaining and furnishing information by a reporting entity under [section 11A, sub-section (1) of section 12 and sub-section (1) of section 12AA] for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this Act.]
55. Substituted by the Prevention of Money-laundering (Amendment) Act, 2012, w.e.f. 15-2-2013. Prior to its substitution, section 15 read as under :"15. Procedure and manner of furnishing information by banking company, financial institution and intermediary.-The Central Government may, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, prescribe the procedure and the manner of maintaining and furnishing information under sub-section (1) of section 12 for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this Act."
56. Substituted for "sub-section (1) of section 12" by the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019, with effect from a date yet to be notified.
