Section - 9 - Composition of Appellate Tribunal
Composition of Appellate Tribunal.
9. An Appellate Tribunal shall consist of one person only (hereinafter referred to as the [Chairperson] of the Appellate Tribunal) to be appointed, by notification, by the Central Government.
