Section - 31 - Omission of certain sections of Act 45 of 1860
Omission of certain sections of Act 45 of 186031. Sections 161 to 165A (both inclusive) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860) shall be omitted, and section 6 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), shall apply to such omission as if the said sections had been repealed by the Central Act.
