Section - 17G - Order of forfeiture not to interfere with other punishments
[Order of forfeiture not to interfere with other punishments17G. The order of forfeiture made under this Act by the Special Court, shall not prevent the infliction of any other punishment to which the person affected thereby is liable under this Act.]
1. In relation to Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, section 17G was inserted by Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Adaptation of Central Laws)Order, 2020, w.e.f. 18-3-2020.
