Section - 15 - Punishment for attempt
Punishment for attempt15. Whoever attempts to commit an offence referred to in [clause (a)] of sub-section (1) of section 13 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term [which shall not be less than two years but which may extend to five years] and with fine.
