Protection of action taken in good faith.

30. No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Board or the Appellate Authority or the Chairman or any other Member, officer or other employee of the Board or the Appellate Authority, or operating agency or any other person authorised by the Board or the Appellate Authority to discharge any function under this Act for any loss or damage caused for likely to be caused by any action which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.
