SPECIAL COURT (TRIAL OF OFFENCES RELATING TO TRANSACTIONS IN SECURITIES) ACT, 1992[27 OF 1992]An Act to provide for the establishment of a Special Court for the trial of offences relating to transactions in securities and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Forty third Year of the Republic of India as follows:
Short title and commencement.1. (1) This Act may be called the Special Court (Trial of Offences Relating to Transactions in Securities) Act, 1992.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 6th day of June, 1992.
