73. Omitted by the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021, w.r.e.f. 4-4-2021. Prior to its omission section 117D as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005, w.e.f. 2-4-2007, read as under:"117D. Procedure for application for rectification, etc., before Appellate Board. -(1) An application for revocation of a patent before the Appellate Board under section 64 and an application for rectification of the register made to the Appellate Board under section 71 shall be in such form as may be prescribed.(2) A certified copy of every order or judgment of the Appellate Board relating to a patent under this Act shall be communicated to the Controller by the Board and the Controller shall give effect to the order of the Board and shall, when so directed, amend the entries in, or rectify, the register in accordance with such order."
