72b. Omitted by the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021, w.r.e.f. 4-4-2021. Prior to its omission section 117C read as under:"117C. Bar of jurisdiction of courts, etc.-No court or other authority shall have or, be entitled to, exercise any jurisdiction, powers or authority in relation to the matters referred to in sub-section (2) of section 117A or section 117D."
