Section - 41 - Members, officers and other employees of Authority to be public servants
Members, officers and other employees of Authority to be public servants.41. All Members, officers and other employees of every Authority, shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
