Section - 28 - Duration of goods or services in Special Economic Zones
Duration of goods or services in Special Economic Zones.28. The Central Government may prescribe the period during which any goods brought into, or services provided in, any Unit or Special Economic Zone without payment of taxes, duties or cess shall remain or continue to be provided in such Unit or Special Economic Zone.
