1. Substitued by the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021, w.r.e.f. 4-4-2021. Prior to its substitution section 94 as amended by the Finance Act, 2017, w.e.f. 26-5-2017, read as under:"94. Bar to appear before Appellate Board. - On ceasing to hold office, the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson or other Members shall not appear before the Appellate Board or the Registrar."
