1. Omitted by the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021, w.r.e.f. 4-4-2021. Prior to its omission section 85 as amended by the Finance Act, 2017, w.e.f. 26-5-2017, read as under:"85. Qualifications for appointment as Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson or other Members.- (1) A person shall not be qualified for appointment as the Chairperson unless he-
(2) A person shall not be qualified for appointment as the Vice-Chairperson, unless he-
