Section - 29 - Amendment of Act 69 of 1951
Amendment of Act 69 of 1951.29. In section 32 of the Plantations Labour Act, 1951,—(a) in sub-section (1), the letter and brackets "(a)" before the words "in the case of sickness", the word "and" after the words "sickness allowances" and clause (b) shall be omitted;(b) in sub-section (2), the words "or maternity" shall be omitted.
