69. Omitted by the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021, with effect from a date yet to be notified. Prior to its omission, section 73 read as under :"73. Penalty on non-compliance of any order passed by Tribunal.-Whoever fails to comply with any order made by the Tribunal under any provision of this Act shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to six months and shall also be liable to a fine which shall not be less than fifty thousand rupees."
