Section - 237 - Import or export of counterfeit coin
Import or export of counterfeit coin.
237. Whoever imports into India, or exports therefrom, any counterfeit coin, knowingly or having reason to believe that the same is counterfeit, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, and shall also be liable to fine.
