49. Omitted by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017, with effect from 13-6-2018. Prior to its omission, section 93 read as under :

"93. Return to be filed with Registrar in case promoters' stake changes.-Every listed company shall file a return in the prescribed form with the Registrar with respect to change in the number of shares held by promoters and top ten shareholders of such company, within fifteen days of such change."

Earlier, section 93 was enforced with effect from 1-4-2014.
