CHAPTER XII-HINCOME-TAX ON FRINGE BENEFITSA.-Meaning of certain expressionsDefinitions.115W. In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires,-

| (i) | - | a company; |
| (ii) | - | a firm; |
| (iii) | - | an association of persons or a body of individuals, whether incorporated or not; |
