Any employer who contravenes the provisions of section 25M or [***] of section 25N shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.STATE AMENDMENTSRAJASTHANFor section 25Q the following section shall be substituted, namely:—"25Q.
