PARTITION ACT, 1893(4 OF 1893)An Act to amend the law relating to Partition.WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the law relating to partition; it is hereby enacted as follows:
Title, extent and saving1. (1) This Act may be called the Partition Act, 1893.(2) It extends to the whole of India
