Definitions.
2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

| (a) | - | -Adjudicating Authority- means the authority specified in, or under, section 13; |
| (b) | - | -Appellate Authority- means the authority specified in, or under, sub-section (1) of section 15; |
