Section - 95 - Power of Central Government to make rules

Power of Central Government to make rules.

95. (1) The Central Government may, [after consultation with the Corpo­ration and] subject to the condition of previous publication, make rules not inconsistent with this Act for the purpose of giving effect to the provi­sions thereof.

(2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely :—

[(a) the limit of wages beyond which a person shall not be deemed to be an employee;

(ab) the limit of maximum monthly salary for the purpose of sub­section (1) of section 17;]

[(ac)] the manner in which appointments] and elections of members of the Corporation, the Standing Committee and the Medical Ben­efit Council shall be made;
