Section - 6 - Eligibility for re-appointment
Eligibility for re-appointment.6. (1) The Chairperson and Member of a Tribunal shall be eligible for re-appointment in accordance with the provisions of this Act:Provided that, in making such re-appointment, preference shall be given to the service rendered by such person.(2) All re-appointments shall be made in the same manner as provided in sub-section (2) of section 3.
