TRIBUNALS REFORMS ACT, 2021ACT NO. 33 OF 2021, DATED 13-8-2021An Act further to amend the Cinematograph Act, 1952, the Customs Act, 1962, the Airports Authority of India Act, 1994, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act, 2001 and certain other Acts.Be it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-second Year of the Republic of India as follows: -CHAPTER IPRELIMINARYShort title and commencement.1. (1) This Act may be called the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021.(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 4th April, 2021.
