Section - 59 - Protection of action taken in good faith
Protection of action taken in good faith.59. No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer of Government or any member or officer of a Board in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
