Section - 45D - Penalty amount to be credited to Environmental Protection Fund
[Penalty amount to be credited to Environmental Protection Fund.45D. Where an adjudicating officer imposes penalty or additional penalty, as the case may be, under the provisions of this Act, the amount of such penalty shall be credited to the Environmental Protection Fund established under section 16 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986).]
