Section - 2 - Definitions

Definitions.

2. (1) In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,—

(b)    "Commissioner" means a Commissioner for [employees’] Compensation appointed under section 20;

(c)     "compensation" means compensation as provided for by this Act;
