Section - 19 - Register of members
CHAPTER IVREGISTER OF MEMBERS[Register of members].19. [(1) The Council shall maintain a Register of members of the Institute in such manner as may be prescribed.](2) The [Register of members] shall include the following particulars about every member of the Institute, namely:-
| (a) | - | his full name, date of birth, domicile, residential and professional addresses; |
| (b) | - | the date on which his name is entered in the [Register of members]; |
| (c) | - | his qualifications; |
| [(ca) | - | whether any actionable information or complaint is pending or any penalty has been imposed against him under Chapter V, including details thereof, if any;] |
