Section - 14 - Repeal
Repeal.14. The Maintenance of Internal Security (Amendment) Ordinance, 1974 (11 of 1974) shall, on the commencement of this Act, stand repealed and accordingly the amendments made in the Maintenance of Internal Security Act, 1971 (26 of 1971), by the said Ordi-nance shall, on such commencement, cease to have effect.
