Section - 563 - Application of Act to unlimited companies registered under previous companies laws
Application of Act to unlimited companies registered under previous companies laws.563. This Act shall apply to every unlimited company registered as a limited company in pursuance of any previous companies law, in the same manner as it applies to an unlimited company registered in pursuance of this Act as a limited company :Provided that reference, express or implied, to the date of registration shall be construed as a reference to the date at which the company was registered as a limited company under the previous companies law concerned. ....
