[Provision for legal assistance to liquidator.459.The liquidator may, with the sanction of the Tribunal, appoint one or more chartered accountants or company secretaries or cost accountants or legal practitioners entitled to appear before the Tribunal under to assist him in the performance of his duties.]

Provision for legal assistance to liquidator.—The liquidator may, with the sanction of the Court, appoint an advocate, attorney or pleader entitled to appear before the Court to assist him in the performance of his duties."
