Section - 405 - Addition of respondents to application under section 397 or 398
Addition of respondents to application under section or .405. If the managing director or any other director [***] or the manager, of a company, or any other person, who has not been impleaded as a respondent to any application under section or applies to be added as a respondent thereto, the [Tribunal] shall, if it is satisfied that there is sufficient cause for doing so, direct that he may be added as a respondent accordingly.
