Section - 388 - Application of sections 269, 310, 311, 312 and 317 to managers
Application of sections[, ],, and to managers.388. The provisions of sections [, ], and shall apply in relation to the manager of a company as they apply in relation to a managing director thereof, and those of shall apply in relation to the manager of a company, as they apply to a director thereof.
