Section - 306 - Register to be kept by Registrar and inspection thereof
Register to be kept by Registrar and inspection thereof.306. (1) The Registrar shall keep a separate register or registers in which there shall be entered the particulars received by him under sub-section (2) of in respect of companies, so however, that all entries in respect of each such company shall be together.(2) The register or registers aforesaid shall be open to inspection by any member of the public at any time during office hours, on payment of the prescribed fee.
