Copy of memorandum of satisfaction to be furnished to company.140. Where the Registrar enters a memorandum of satisfaction in whole or in part, in pursuance of section or , he shall furnish the company with a copy of the memorandum.
Company to report satisfaction and procedure thereafter.138.
