[Provisions relating to prospectus to apply to advertisement.58B. The provisions of this Act relating to a prospectus shall, so far as may be, apply to an advertisement referred to in .]93. Inserted by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1974, w.e.f. 1-2-1975.
