[PART IBNATIONAL COMPANY LAW TRIBUNALConstitution of National Company Law Tribunal.10FB.The Central Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a Tribunal to be known as the National Company Law Tribunal to exercise and discharge such powers and functions as are, or may be, conferred on it by or under this Act or any other law for the time being in force.
76. Part IB, consisting of sections 10FB to 10FP and Part IC consisting of sections 10FQ to 10GF inserted by the Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002, w.e.f. 1-4-2003.
