PENALTIES

Penalty for falsely claiming to be a member, etc.

24. Any person, who-

(i)

not being a member of the Institute,-

(a)	-	represents that he is a member of the Institute; or
(b)	-	uses the designation Chartered Accountant; or

(ii)
