CHAPTER VIIPENALTIESPenalty for falsely claiming to be a member, etc.24. Any person, who-
| (i) | - | not being a member of the Institute,- |
| (a) | - | represents that he is a member of the Institute; or |
| (b) | - | uses the designation Chartered Accountant; or |
