Section - 20D - Review before Council
[Review before Council.20D.(1) Any firm aggrieved by the decision for refusal of registration may apply for review before the Council within one month from the date of such refusal.(2) The Council may, after considering the review application, confirm or set aside the decision so taken or pass such orders as it may consider appropriate.]
