APPRENTICES ACT, 1961

An Act to provide for the regulation and control of training of apprentices[***] and for matters connected therewith.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twelfth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

CHAPTER I

PRELIMINARY

Short title, extent, commencement and application.

1. (1) This Act may be called the Apprentices Act, 1961.
