Amendment of section 5.142. In section 5 of the principal Act, in sub-section (4), after the words "upon the Bank", the words, brackets, letter and figure "or shall be construed to affect any restriction on transferability of Government securities contained in any notification issued under clause (f) of section 2 in respect of such securities" shall be inserted.
