Section - 114 - Amendment of section 32-I
Amendment of section 32-I.114. In section 32-I of the Central Excise Act, after sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:-"(5) On and from the 1st day of April, 2025, the powers and functions of the Settlement Commission under this section shall be exercised or performed by the Interim Board and the provisions of this section shall mutatis mutandis apply to the Interim Board as they apply to the Settlement Commission.".
